Class Three: The Synchronicity Socratic Process in Action

In this class you will further explore the many ways the ego-driven mind creates stories and the mechanics of exactly how they determine your life experience. What you experience as “reality” is, in fact, being created moment by moment. For the most part this is an unconscious process.  But, that’s  about to change! Further examples of faculty stories will be shared in this session, as well as those submitted by present and past class members.

Application – Class Practice

Once again, the class wakefulness focus was on balance through practice of the Balance Position. Awareness of the breath was introduced as a means of focus on the Balance Position. The class challenge was to maintain the Balance Position and simultaneously watch the flow of the breath and the unfolding of the presentation while holding awareness of the interior stillness.

During the presentation, a balance break was taken with an emphasis on the breath — first equalizing the breath, then emphasizing the in-breath with pauses in it (thus heightening positive polarity dominance and the experience of blissful consciousness). A final breath emphasis again returned to breath awareness — this time to breath as form and mid-points between the breaths as spaces (formlessness). All practices created balance, the Balance Position and the experience of blissful consciousness.
