Our words and thoughts represent the dominant, objective exterior polarity of the relative field. The spaces between our words and thoughts represent the non-dominant, subjective interior polarity of the relative field. Without the space between the words and thoughts, they would run together and not make sense.
This exercise is to bring focused awareness to the spaces between our words and thoughts. This requires us to “slow down” and accentuate the spaces. As we focus on the spaces, they lengthen and our wakefulness increases and holistic awareness expands. The mind balances and become quiet. The heart opens. When the mind-field is balanced the heart-field actualizes. It’s all about the mind- field settling down and becoming balanced so that the heart-field actualizes.
Until the mind-field has been mastered, we cannot gain access to the heart-field. Yet, when we access an open heart-field, we experience true reality as blissful consciousness. The Balance Position allows us access to the heart-field whereby we experience presence. We are a witnessing consciousness watching itself ever new in each moment. It is the experience of true reality. As in all classes presented by Master Charles, a second review is important for both insight and experience.
