1. Select a free app like “Audio Recorder” in the Google Play Store.
2. Record Affirmations on Your Android
3. Review Your Affirmations Recording
4. Email Your Affirmations Recording

Select A Free App Like Audio Recorder

This free app makes it easy to record and playback audio on your Android smartphone or tablet. An intuitive recording interface gives you easy access to record, pause, recording settings and other functions perfect for Core Dynamics affirmation recordings.

1. Go to Google Play store on your device.
2. Install Audio Recorder from Sony (works on all android phones and tablets.)

How to Record Affirmations on Your Android

1. Launch the Voice Memos app from your Home screen. It may still be located in the Utilities folder.
2. Tap the record button. It’s the big red circle.
3. Tap the stop button to stop the recording at any time. If you want to continue with the same recording, you can hit record again.

4. Tap Done when you are satisfied with your recording.
5. Type a name into the field to name your affirmations recording, e.g. Mulla Nasruddin Core 5.
6. Tap Save. Or tap Delete if you want to trash, or restart the recording.

How to Review Your Recorded Affirmations

1. Launch the Voice Memos app from your Home screen. It may still be in the Utilities folder if you haven’t moved it.
2. Tap the Voice Memo you’d like to listen to.
3. Tap the play button.

How to Email/Share Your Recorded Affirmations

1. Launch the Voice Memos app from your Home screen.
2. Tap the recording you’d like to email/share.
3. Tap the share button on the bottom left of the screen. It’s the box with the upward arrow.
4. Tap the mail icon to email your affirmations and select mona@synchronicity.org as the recipient.
